  • 2 c. rye bread crumbs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
