  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 can Bavarian sauerkraut

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together and form into small meatballs.

    Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375° preheated oven until brown, turning meatballs to keep them cooking through thoroughly.
