- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. sauerkraut, undrained
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine first 10 ingredients.

2Shape into 2-inch balls.

3Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs.

4Remove meatballs and drain fat.

5Spoon sauerkraut into skillet top with meatballs.

6Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
