  • 1 lb. hazelnuts
  • 1 lb. Brazil nuts
  • 1 lb. almonds
  • 8 eggs (whites only)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Directions

    Finely grind all nuts.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add all dry ingredients and beat well.

    Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
