  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°, then melt butter in a 10-inch skillet in oven.

    Mix flour, milk and eggs with electric beater for 45 seconds.

    Pour into skillet.

    Put back in oven and bake.

    Take out when done and sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

    Cut into sections, then spread with jelly, if desired.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425°.
