  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 cube butter

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk and salt in blender; blend until fluffy. Tap in flour, a little at a time, until well mixed.

    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in a 425° oven.

    When bubbly, pour in batter.

    Immediately return to oven.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
