- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cream shortening.

2Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar.

3Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time.

5Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

7Blend batter together and pour into square glass pan.

8Top with peaches.

9Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
