  • Slab of tenderized beef rolled out flat and add garlic and onion spices as well as salt and pepper to taste.Sprinkle a tsp. of curry on meat and pound all spices into meat.Reapeat on other side. Mix dry bread with 2 cubes of beef bouilon[melted in hot water] add just enough mixture to wet the bread. add salt and pepper to taste. add 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • mix and apply to layed out meat that is flat.Spread mixture on meat and roll up and secure with toothe picks.

    place in a bread pan and add just enough water to fill 1/2 way up pan. Bake in oven at 350 until beef is done and meat is tender.
