- 2 gal. tomatoes
- 18 ears corn
- 3 c. butter beans
- 4 large onions
- 1 lb. carrots
- 3 c. okra
- 3 pods hot peppers
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1/2 c. dark vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Peel tomatoes and quarter into dishpan.

2Cut off corn and add to tomatoes.

3Add minced onions and all other ingredients.

4Simmer for about thirty minutes.

5Place in clean, sterilized quart jars. Can on 10 pounds pressure for fifteen minutes.
