- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- onions and butter
Directions

1Mix the above add enough flour to make a stiff dough. knead well.

2Cover and let rest for 1 hour.

3Divide the dough into 2 balls.

4Roll out as thin as possible.

5Spread with melted butter and and saute onions.

6Stretch and then roll up, cut into 2 inch pieces.

7Put on top of meat like ribs or steak.

8Cover and steam for 45 minutes.

9This is a complete meal.
