- 4 chicken breasts, halved, boned and skin on
- 1/8 t pepper
- 4 slices natural swiss cheese
- 1/4 c parsley, chopped
- 1/4 t salt
- 16 oz can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
- 1 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
Directions

1Layer chicken, skin side down, in a greased 9 x 13 dish and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

2Cover layer evenly with the drained sauerkraut.

3Cover with the 4 slices of swiss cheese. Spread the salad dressing evenly over the top.

4Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 hrs.

5Remove from oven, drain excess juices, brown top quickly under broiler if needed.

6Garnish with parsley.
