- 1 (No. 303) can green beans
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Drain 1/3 cup stock from beans.

2Heat beans in remaining liquid.

3Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan.

4Blend flour into drippings.

5Add bean stock, sour cream, salt and vinegar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

6Drain beans of remaining liquid.

7Arrange in a serving dish.

8Top with sour cream mixture.

9Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
