- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat fat in large skillet.

2Add onion and cook until tender. Add flour.

3Cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken.

4Add water and mix until smooth.

5Add spinach.

6Cover and cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally as spinach thaws.
