- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- butter and paprika
Directions

1Boil and drain potatoes; add cheese and sour cream which are at room temperature; beat into potatoes while hot until fluffy.

2Add salts and put in a 2-quart casserole.

3Dot with butter.

4Sprinkle paprika over.

5Refrigerate overnight before baking.

6Can be frozen for later use.

7Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

8(If frozen, bake 1 1/2 hours.)
