- 1 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour (unsifted)
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

2In a large bowl, mix at medium speed, oleo, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

3In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda.

4Add flour mixture to creamed mixture until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
