- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all in a saucepan.

2Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour or until giblets are tender.

3Remove giblets and neck; chop meat fine.

4Refrigerate.

5Strain broth and refrigerate. Makes 4 cups broth.
