- 6 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 1/2 ounces genever gin
Directions

1In a tall glass, lightly press mint into simple syrup with a muddler or long-handled spoon.

2Fill glass with cracked ice.

3Add gin and stir energetically with a swizzle stick or long-handled spoon until frost forms on outside of glass.

4Top off with more cracked ice, plant a mint sprig on top, and serve with a straw.
