Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or ground round
- 1 large green pepper
- 3 stalks peeled celery
- 1 lb. whole or diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 large onion
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat while cutting veggies.

2Wash, drain and then boil veggies.

3Drain veggies and mix all ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. After draining veggies, I cook on high a few minutes to get all the water out of them (keep stirring).

4Then I mix all ingredients.

5You can add more veggies, sauces and spices as you like.
