- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh gingerroot or 2 tsp. dried ground ginger
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed beef broth
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots

- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
Directions

1Cook and stir beef in oil, in large non-stick frying pan, on high heat for 2 minutes.

2Stir in onion and ginger; cook and stir an additional minute.

3Add beef broth; bring to a boil.

4Stir in broccoli, carrots, oranges and rice; cover.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Stir and serve.
