- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) margarine
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp (70 ml) honey
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). black pepper
Directions

1Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.

2Place in casserole or other baking dish (line the baking dish with aluminum foil for easy washing after meal!)

3Smear chicken with margarine.

4Splash on soy sauce.

5Drizzle honey evenly over chicken.

6Dust with ginger powder and black pepper.

7Cover chicken with lid, or with aluminum foil if no lid is available.

8This is important and helps keep the chicken moist.

9Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for one hour.

10Serve immediately.
