Ginger Chicken Breast

  • 2 Chicken breast meat
  • 1/2 of an onion Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 pinch of each Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Plain flour

Directions

    Slice chicken diagonally and coat both side with flour, salt and peppers.

    Cut onion into 1 cm wedges.

    Mix the together.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken from the skin side first.

    When one side gets browned, flip it over and add onion.

    Cook for 3 minutes.

    Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.

    Serve with finely shredded cabbage!
