- 1 cup Butter Or Margarine
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 1/4 cups Natural Applesauce
- 2-1/2 cups All Purpose White Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Crystallized Ginger, Chopped Small
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions

1Let margarine sit until it is slightly softened, then cream it together with sugars.

2Add vanilla, applesauce, and molasses and stir well.

3Add flour, baking soda, and salt and stir until a sticky dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips and ginger.

4Plop tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
