- 1 -2 pint dark rum
Directions

1Take a 14 oz jar of ginger maramlade, and 1 - 2 pints of dark rum.

2Start with 1 pint, and see if you would like a more rummy taste.

3If so, add more rum.

4Mix well.

5Let it sit for an hour.

6Stir.
-
7Filter this, first using a sieve over a bowl, and secondly filter it using coffee filters.

8Pour this into a bottle using a funnel.
