  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root or 1/2 tsp. powdered
  • 1/4 tsp. hot paprika
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • vegetable cooking oil spray

Directions

    Rinse chicken; pat dry and place in large, shallow bowl. Combine honey, Worcestershire, ginger, paprika, orange juice and oil, whisking well.

    Brush over chicken and marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour, turning once or twice.
