- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 4 fresh ginger coins, peeled
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches or 4 slices frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen berries
Directions

1Toss all ingredients into blender in order listed. I find frozen berries blend better when they are closer to the top.
