- 1 cup light brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 salt
- 8 ounces unsalted butter softened, 2 sticks
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a food processor, combine flour, brown sugar, ginger, and salt.
