- 1 cup sorghum
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder; dissolved in 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbspnvinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions

1Cream the shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sorghum until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Shape into balls, dip in sugar, and bake on 350 degrees until done.
