- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
Directions

1Combine the corn syrup, honey, sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce and mushroom soy sauce in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until reduced to a thick glaze.

3Remove from the heat and stir in the ginger and bell peppers. Cool.
