- 1/3C light soy sauce
- 1T fresh grated ginger
- 1t sesame oil
- 2t grated lime zest
- 1t (to taste) Asian Chile paste
- 2 cloves garlic (very finely minced or grated)
- 1T rice wine vinegar
- 1T molasses
- 1lb Salmon filet cut into 4 - 4oz servings
- 2 scallions, finely sliced (optional)
Directions

1In shallow baking dish, combine first 8 ingredients. Add salmon filets to marinate 15-25 minuted turning once. Place on greased cookie sheet and Bake @ 400 degrees 15-20 mintues or until flakes easily. Garnish with scallions.
