  • 1/3C light soy sauce
  • 1T fresh grated ginger
  • 1t sesame oil
  • 2t grated lime zest
  • 1t (to taste) Asian Chile paste
  • 2 cloves garlic (very finely minced or grated)
  • 1T rice wine vinegar
  • 1T molasses
  • 1lb Salmon filet cut into 4 - 4oz servings
  • 2 scallions, finely sliced (optional)

    In shallow baking dish, combine first 8 ingredients. Add salmon filets to marinate 15-25 minuted turning once. Place on greased cookie sheet and Bake @ 400 degrees 15-20 mintues or until flakes easily. Garnish with scallions.
