- 1 fresh ginger, thinly-sliced into 12 pieces and pounded
- 1 tablespoon honey (to taste)
- 3 cups water
Directions

1Put ginger and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

6I don't worry too much about peeling the ginger, as long as it has been cleaned.
