- 1/4 lb. ginger
- 2 oranges
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 limes
- 1/4 pack yeast
- 1 slice toast
- 1 c. rosen
- 1 gal. water
Directions

1Well brew the ginger and put in pan with thinly peeled oranges, lime and sugar.

2Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

3Strain and cool.

4Add rosen, juice of lime, juice of orange, yeast and toast.

5Leave to ferment for 1 week.

6Then strain and bottle. Cover container very tight.

7Bottle must have tight corks.
