  • 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen cooked winter squash, thawed
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup whipping cream
