  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. Fruit Sweet
  • 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice

    In large bowl cream together margarine, fruit sweetener and yogurt.

    When well blended, beat in egg whites.

    Combine dry ingredients separately and add to batter.

    Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with nonstick coating.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Makes 16 pieces.
