  • 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 14 cup warm water
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) package gingerbread mix
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 egg whites, beaten until soft peaks form

    Preheat waffle iron.

    Blend together margaine and water.

    Beat two minutes at medium speed.

    Stir in egg yolks.

    Fold in whites.

    Spoon into iron (2/3 full).

    Bake until steaming stops or light goes off.
