- 1 cup frozen and peeled edamamae
- 1 tbsp ginger; minced
- 1/3 cup dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 bunch scallions; minced
Directions

1Marinate edamamae and onions in sesame oil for 1-4 hours.

2Heat a saute pan until warm, but not ripping hot.

3Saute until onions are caramelized.

4Add scallions and toss.

5Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
