  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly, and stir in vanilla. Serve glaze warm with cheesecake.
