- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Boil carrots in 1-inch of water and salt in a saucepan. Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add butter, sugar and nutmeg. Return to heat and stir until carrots are glazed.
