- 9 to 12 medium carrots
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise.

2Boil in salted water until tender.

4Melt butter in heavy skillet.

5Add lemon juice and brown sugar and stir until thick.

6Add carrots. Stir until well glazed and heated through.
