  • 4 c. sliced carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Cook carrots in salted water until tender.

    Then drain.

    In a casserole dish combine butter and brown sugar.

    Add carrots.

    Stir to coat and glaze. Bake in a preheated oven 350° 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
