- 1 qt. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- little salt
- little paprika
Directions

1Scrape small whole carrots.

2Cook in boiling salted water until tender, drain.

3Cook sugar, butter and 1/4 cup hot water together 5 minutes. Pour over cooked carrots and bake about 20 minutes in 375° oven.

4Baste with syrup.
