Glazed Carrots

  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1 qt. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • little salt
  • little paprika

Directions

    Scrape small whole carrots.

    Cook in boiling salted water until tender, drain.

    Cook sugar, butter and 1/4 cup hot water together 5 minutes. Pour over cooked carrots and bake about 20 minutes in 375° oven.

    Baste with syrup.
