- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1Prepare and cook carrots. Cut into lengthwise strips.

2Cook and stir brown sugar, salt and orange peel in margarine in 12-inch skillet until bubbly. Add carrots.

3Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and heated, about 5 minutes.
