- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook carrots in Wesson oil over medium heat until lightly browned.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
