- 1 pkg. carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, sprayed with Pam, place shredded carrots.

2Melt together all other ingredients except pineapple. Add pineapple with juice.

3Pour over carrots and cook at 350° for 1 hour or until thick and glazy.
