  • 1 pkg. carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, sprayed with Pam, place shredded carrots.

    Melt together all other ingredients except pineapple. Add pineapple with juice.

    Pour over carrots and cook at 350° for 1 hour or until thick and glazy.
