  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cooked and cut

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.

    Stir in orange peel and juice.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce to low; stir in butter. Simmer 2 minutes until thick and syrupy.

    Add carrots and stir to coat.

    Transfer to dish and garnish with parsley.
