Glazed Corrned Beef

- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 each onions sliced
- 2-3 each orange zest fresh, sliced in 2 inch strips
- 3 each cloves whole
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 pounds corned beef round or rump cut
- 3 tablespoons orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard dijon-style
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except corned beef and glaze in crockpot.

2Add corned beef with fat side up.

3Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or until fork tender or on High for 5 to 6 hours.

4Remove meat from broth.

5Score top of corned beef in diamond shapes.

6Insert additional cloves to decorate if desired.

7About 30 minutes before serving, place corned beef on heatproof platter.

8Prepare glaze and spoon over corned beef.

9Bake in 375F (190C) oven for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze.

10Glaze: Mix ingredients togethers until smooth and blended.
