  • 2 20 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 3 whole bananas
  • 1 cup pecans coarsely chopped
  • 3 3/4 pkg (3 oz) instant pudding mix, french vanilla

    Drain pineapple, reserving one cup of juice.

    Combine fruit and pecans in a large bowl;toss gently.

    Combine pudding and reserve pineapple juice in a mixing bowl.

    Beat on high speed of electric mixer, 1 minute.

    Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans;toss gently.

    Let it cool in the refrigerator.
