- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Cook carrots unseasoned until tender; drain well.

2Place carrots in skillet.

3Add butter, brown sugar and ginger.

4Ccook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble.

5Turn heat down to low and baste often.

6Continue cooking for 30 minutes and basting until they are well glazed.
