- 3 lb. ground ham
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. lean pork, ground
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix together lightly but well the ground meats, graham cracker crumbs, milk and eggs.

2Shape into balls about walnut size or whatever you prefer.

3Place in single layer in two 9 x 13-inch pans or sizes to suit your family.

4Top with glaze and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Makes about 80 meat balls.
