  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered milk
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Mold into 3 large loaves or mold into individual portion size on a cookie sheet.

    Bake large loaves for one hour and small loaves for 1/2 hour at 325°.

    Remove from oven and glaze with sauce.
