  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. lemon-lime soda
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.

    Gradually beat in soda.

    Pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center. Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Carefully pour over warm cake.
